About NGWA National Association USA
NGWA National Association USA is a charitable organization founded in 1986 with its mission focused on human and cultural advancements within the context of cultural sustainability. NNAUSA has impacted many lives in Nigeria and in the Diaspora and has committed about $600,000.00 to numerous projects through direct engagements and/or partnerships with institutions in the US and Nigeria. NNAUSA maintains numerous projects, including the Village Primary School Initiative (a program focused on rehabilitation of schools in Nigeria), NNAUSA Education and Outreach Foundation (a program through which NNAUSA provides academic scholarships and other recognitions for academic achievement to students of Ngwa extraction in Nigeria and in the Diaspora), and NNAUSA Tricycle Project (an intervention administered by the SDA Church Committee and through which NNAUSA addresses the mobility needs of the physically- disabled individuals in Ngwa land). Also, since 2015, NNAUSA embarked on a building project – the Ngwa Unity Complex situated at Osisioma Ngwa, Aba, Nigeria. When completed, the project will, among other things, house a one-stop cultural, educational, skills acquisition, and healthcare center.
